Annual report of the activities of the students’ participating in various competitions held during the academic year 2008-2009.

1. Prapti Kafle, Siddhartha Khanal of class X & Pradip Khanal of class IX stood First in the Nation wide quiz contest organized by Rotract club, Kathmandu

2. On the occasion of Loktantra Diwash 2065, Himani Poudel of Class V & Thomas Pokharel of Class-V took part in Poem Recitation Competition.

3. Prapti Kafle & Kishan Gupta of class X took part in three day & two night Asia Pacific Submit Nepal Scout Friendly Camp in Nuwakot from 21st Baisakh 2065.

4. Kathmandu Metropolitan Traffic Police conducted awareness programme about traffic on 2065-2-26, 27, 28. Scout students took part in the programme.
   
   
5. Class VIII, IX, X students took part in the Environment Awareness Programme on 2065-2-31 organized by WWF.
   Venue: WWF office, Baluwatar, Ktm.
   
   
6. Hostel Students took part in Yog Sidhana class for a week at School hall from 2065-2-26 to 2065-03-02.
   
   
7. Students took part in Drug Abuse Program Rally on 2065-3-12 in the valley.
   
   
8. Class X students visited a Science Exhibition 'Quanta' at Kirtipur, Physics Department on 2065-4-1.
   
   
9. Students attended 'Shaja Sawal' Kantipur T.V programme (BBC) at Birkuti Mandap.

15. Prapti Kafle stood 3rd in the Essay writing competition organized by Nepal
    Airlines Corporation. Got an Air ticket from Ktm-Delhi
    
    
16. Annual Games & sports was conducted from 13th of Poush for a week.
    
    
17. Students took part in the valley wide Karate competition.

Annual Educational tour was conducted as follows:

• Nursery & Junior K G students were taken to zoo on 2065/08/17.
• Senior K G students were taken to Godawari on 2065/08/22
• Class I and II students visited Swyambhu & Thankot on 2065-8-11
• Class III students visited Thankot, Kirtipur & Taudha on 2065-8-9
•  Class IV students with their respective class teachers visited Changunarayan on 2065/08/08
• Class V students visited Bhaktapur Darbar square & Changunarayan temple on 2065/08/23
• Class VI & VII students were taken to Tapoban & Balaju on 2065/08/25 & 26
• Class VIII students were taken to Sakhu & Bajra Yogini.
• Class IX students were taken to Khopasi.                                                   
• All Class X students toured Lumbini, Sauraha, Pokhara & Chitwan National Park as a part of Social Studies Educational tour in the month of October.
